Our in-house finishing services include but are not limited to steel/plate finishing, vibratory finishing, disc finishing, brush deburring, belt sanding as well as manual finishing and technical inspections by skilled professionals. We also provide many coating options including painting, powdercoating, and hotdip galvanizing for large and small parts. In the last phase, we assemble your products along with any necessary components and provide local delivery or nationwide shipping to your facilities or directly to your customer.
Vibratory Finishing
Deburring, descaling, and polishing for tubes, formed parts, and much more. Size capabilities ranging from small pieces up to 60 in. long.
Disc Finishing
Powerful small to micro part finishing at high efficiency. With disc finishing the difference between centrifugal forces acting on the parts and the process medium produces very fine finishes suited for a wide range of applications. Cost-effective automated parts/media sorting.
Brush Deburring
Deburring bent and straight pipes, special profiles and heavy weights. Accomodates steel, stainless, aluminum and NE-metals. High performance brushes debur both the inside and outside edges at the same time.
Belt Sanding
Multi-position sanding with full left and right movement for corner shaping, beveling, deburring as well as flat and angle work.
Manual Finishing
Many parts require grinding, polishing and special detail finishing after the various stages of the fabrication process. We provide automated or manual finishing to ensure your parts are uniform and fully completed, ready for assembly or shipment.
