Prices: All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. For the most current pricing, please contact our office at 715-644-0954

Billing and Payment: We accept payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Checks payable to HarvTech LLC are accepted, with the condition that payment must be received before merchandise can be shipped. A $35 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.

Return Procedure: Before returning any parts, please contact our office for instructions. Returns must be in resealable condition, excluding warranty returns. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returns for reasons other than shipping errors or warranty claims. No returns are accepted for special order items, and credit memos will be issued.

Shortages and Claims: Please inspect merchandise upon receipt and report any errors or shipping damages immediately. If part of the shipment is missing or received in damaged condition, note this on the carrier's receipt and file a claim with the carrier promptly.

Warranty: HarvTech LLC warrants both parts and labor on items with a manufacturer's defect for one year from the invoice date, provided the products are installed by our technicians. Products not installed by our technicians are warrantied for manufacturers defects only. Used parts are warrantied for 90 days form the invoice date. This warranty does not cover crop failure or crop loss related to defects in our replacement parts. In no event shall HarvTech LLC's liability under this warranty exceed the price paid for the product. Replacement or reshipment will be at our discretion.
